1. Pre-order Definition: Pre-ordering allows you to place an order for a temporarily out-of-stock item, which we will order specially for you from our overseas suppliers.

2. Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time usually is between 4-6 weeks as books are imported from overseas.

3. Payment: Full payment is required for pre-order, and please make your payment online from our website’s payment gateway. The payment currency is Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and accepted payment methods are credit card, debit card, selected e-wallet and bank transfer (FPX).

4. Order Status: You will receive an email notification once the book is out for delivery.

5. Cancellation: Sorry, pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled. However, you may contact our customer service for further assistance.
